With this membership, you curate your wellness routine by selecting your favourite classes from our Henosis & Co schedule, complemented by rejuvenating ice bath experiences or a relaxing 30-minute sauna session.

- Up to 5 sessions per week: You can mix and match between classes, ice baths, or 30-minute sauna sessions.
This membership is billed weekly via direct debit at $109.00 per week.
Balance Membership / 3 Classes and a Sauna or Ice Bath Per Week
This membership is designed to help you find balance by combining your choice of wellness classes with the added benefit of a sauna or ice bath session.
Here’s what’s included:
- Access to 3 classes per week: Yin & Sound, Restorative Sound Healing, and Group Sound Bath.
- 1 sauna session (30 minutes) or 1 ice bath experience per week
Bookings are limited to 3 classes and 1 sauna or ice bath session per week.
This membership is billed weekly via direct debit at $89.00 per week.
Unlimited Classes Membership

Sauna & Ice Bath Membership
Reduce Pain, Muscle recovery, Weight management, Mental clarity & Better Sleep. Our ice bath is fully immersive, maintained at 3-7 degrees, allowing you to plunge for 1-10minutes. Add a personal facilitated experience for first timers and or personal preference with our experienced ice bath facilitators. All it takes is 2-3 minutes to give you a 12hour dopamine fix and long term health benefits.
