This experience is 1.5hours melding to your body and its uniqueness as intuitive hands work with both purpose and presence spending longer on any areas that require intention, including a stomach lymphatic release. This treatment combines therapeutic remedial and deep tissue techniques with fluid, grounding movements that respond to your body’s unique needs in the moment. Using rhythmic, layered pressure, your facilitator works into the deeper structures of muscle, lymphatic and fascia - helping to alleviate tightness, release held tension, dissolve blockages, and restore natural flow to your system.
